You just kill me with your posts. I always want to change everything I have after I look at them! That mirror, then the bathroom… the aqua kitchen cabinets. Yum! The little tufted benches and that last photo with the dresser… sigh.

Shannon, we just need huge castles/mansions with tons of rooms so we can incorporate everything we see and love! Or multiple houses. Either one works… :D

    hey :)
Im designing my room for the first time and i wanted a beachy theme but at the same time summery and fun. So after hours of debating different colours – i went for turquoise as the main colour and i wanted to add red for a summery feel, like the tobi failey living room colour scheme in the turquoise room blog…
I love the colour scheme I’m just not sure how to full it off – any ideas?

Hi Shannon! I’m starting a new feature in which I’ll be answering questions from readers. I’ll be posting about it this week. This would be a wonderful question it! If it’s alright with you, I’d like to feature it there. :)

Could you please tell me the name of turquoise paint color on the cabinets of the Southern Living post? I would love to use that color in my kitchen. Thanks so much :)

There have been several requests for that color, Leslie. Unfortunately there wasn’t any information listed with the photograph at Southern Living, not even the designer’s name. Colors can vary from monitor to monitor. Your best bet is to look through a paint deck at your local paint store to find a color that matches what you are seeing. :)
