2 I love the elegance of this space. The entire room speaks to that lovely painting, pulling out the earthy tones from it. The floral arrangement offers a wonderful pop of yellow that livens things up.

3 The mustard gold club chairs pop beautifully against all the rich cherry wood throughout the space. By painting the fireplace white instead of leaving it in the same wood tone, it created a nice focal point and lightened up the space.

4 This dining room certainly has a “wow” factor created by the high ceilings and long curtains. The subtle pattern on the drapes distinguishes them from the walls while still blending in to create a captivating effect.

6 Nothing says “fall” like changing leaves. The focal point in this rustic room is an impressive branch of red leaves, probably taken from the homeowner’s own garden.

Love all of these rooms, they do make you feel so warm and cozy! Loved the living room in picture #5! It was so pretty and my favorite living room. Loved the dining area in picture #9. It looks like a great place to sit with your best gal pals and enjoy coffee and friendship. Imagine family sitting around that table! That would be a great place to enjoy their company too!

An excellent question, Seana. The mind does wander…but it is probably a chain made of thick rope links. Yes. We’ll go with that. 😉

These colors are so warm and beautiful. Fall hues are my favorite. There is something rich about gold, brown, burnt orange and dashes of dark green. In September, I also change my outdoor cushions to darker colors and get rid of floral patterns or neutrals. In the winter, you can add tones of burgundy and deep blue.
