Kitchen Before After Photos
Ikea cabinets and open shelving brought new energy to this tired kitchen. You won’t find this color at Ikea, though. They were painted in Barely Beige by Benjamin Moore. Love the beadboard on the walls.
Ikea cabinets were also used in this kitchen. Combined with subway tiles, white paint and butcher block countertops, this was a budget-friendly update.
With new countertops, crown molding, and painting the cabinets, Natalie gave this kitchen a fresh new look. The combination of white subway tile and black granite is timeless.
Just because you have dated oak cabinets doesn’t mean you have to tear them out. Update them with paint and new hardware. Using a different paint color on the island and bottom cabinets give this kitchen contemporary styling. Love how they made the soffit part of the design by adding crown molding to it. It makes the cabinets appear as though they go all the way to the ceiling.
This kitchen was remodeled in the 80’s, but there was still more space and function to be found. The remodel included changing out one window for two to bring in more light. It looks like a completely different room!
Taking down some of the upper cabinets and replacing them with open shelving gave this kitchen a more open feel. Replacing the black appliance with stainless steel and painting the golden oak cabinets white made this space lighter and brighter.
Hello, 1950’s? We’d like to introduce you to the new millennium. The same appliances were used in this kitchen, but their locations were changed to make better use of the space.
The cabinets and vintage tile were in excellent shape, so they were kept in this kitchen makeover. A contemporary style island in a vibrant color makes a wonderful focal point.
