Houndstooth is one of my favorite patterns. Even in its simplicity, it has a lot of personality. You may have seen it in your mother’s home, but it is anything but old-fashioned. In fact, the pattern is still as fresh today as it was many years ago. It has a quirkiness to it that is fun and memorable, while also maintaining the ability to be chic and elegant when used as such. These rooms show you many of the ways decorating with houndstooth can add timeless style and character to a space.
